Make a Dead Poet.

Rogue Shakespeare stout on top of Rogue Dead Guy ale. A great black and tan.

pretty good. just like guinness at first, then the tangy cider slips in and there's a refreshment in the refreshment. this exchange can be maintained for a while, then it starts to mix together into basically a lighter beer than the guinness, though still tasting like mollasses. the cider makes the stout taste sweet. the stout makes the cider taste cold. it's a bit of a miracle really.

scotch and water

what is now being called a black velvet. Originally it was made with champagne but now most bars use woodchuck. sad really. althought it is tasty it should have its own name.

signed by Tom Bulliet himself, teh best. i like it more than woodford, knob creek and even makers. i think i just got used to it though, and the rest taste a bit sweet. bookers though...for me, is a hard one to beat.

I felt more bite than woodford, a modest bit harsher on the throat I suppose. But tasty for certain. You should purchase and consume.

Had some 4 Roses single barrel last night.
Really quite good. A new one for me, and will go into rotation for sure.
