bullshit. piss tests don't test for juice.

maybe you're on growth. looks like tren tho.

look good for someone with a 17 year old x 2's amount of test flowing through him at 52, if thats you.

actually piss tests do test for roids, and i have my result sheet. like I said, I also passed a poly.

the pic above is about a month prior to the competition, so i leaned out even further, about 7 lbs.

Im 100% natural. I was hugely dedicated to diet from July thru december 9th.

I trained 90-120 minutes of weights roughly 6 days a week, and the last two months added 45-60 mins of HIIT at least 5 days a week. was supposed to do cardio 7 days a week, but I couldn't handle it.

every single piece of food i put into my mouth was weighed literally to the gram from July thru Dec. Last 4-6 weeks I was down to under 40 grams of carbs a day on most days (was carb cycling) on the work out schedule listed above. I only had about 4 cheat meals the entire summer. It was fucking brutal. I only cheated on diet twice outside of the 4 re-feeds, one time I had 5 red vines at the movies, and one night I had 5 mini pieces of halloween candy.

almost worse than the low carbs was 2-3 gallons of water a day the last several weeks. sleep dep waking up to piss every 2 hours. bad insomnia when ketosis kicked in.

anyway, it's all about manipulation with water and carbs and sodium etc. i have good genes, but anyone can get leaned out naturally if they are true to the diet. it's simply discipline day after day, week after week, month after month. i hadn't been in the gym in years, so it was fun to get back and push some weights around.

it's simple, set the goal, follow the plan, don't lie to yourself, destroy the gym, and reach your goals. my goal was to get my pro card, and i did. naturally.

I am not trying to uhhh disparage your accomplishment... but shouldn't you have more definition in your abs area?

yeah my abs were a problem. my obliques were on point, but center abs sucked. i lot of guys that compete in the physique class dont train abs, the just naturally come in through diet and the rest of the workout routine, but that didnt happen with me. i didnt train abs at all. not once. that was a mistake.

im 49 zirc.

and no, i cant flash v5 at the gym.

once a projected a v4 for like two months and sent it.

And you claim classic V5s are V1, so there is that...

It’s not so much how strong the women are as how much you suck.

Six pack is less strength and more diet related. Except for Salad. He should have hit that abs class. Hard.
