Sardines in olive oil, marinated in wooshie, soy sauce, lemon and parsley; served on toasted sourdough with sliced avocado.

Simple and delicious.

Wine is NOT alright with everything...(Sticky ribs with hot mustard sauce? Tacos? Ice cream?)

i drink red wine and eat tacos together all the time.

beer just doesn't cut it for me anymore and wine is kinda portion controlled.

it's too easy to pop caps and pull tabs all night.

open one bottle of wine, pour out a pair of glasses each for the missus and me

and i'm done.

lost over fifteen pounds the old fashioned way (i burnt it!) in the last four to five months.

that first fricken pho was so good that i've had a take out bowl each day for the last three days.

the little old vietnamese lady that takes our order over the phone told my wife that she likes me!

ahwwww....shucks.

Is that from this year's batch? I read they had some issues with their yeast in the spring and haven't seen any bottles in the stores yet this year.

A rack of spare ribs slowly cooks (4 hrs at 300 {in the oven I'm afraid..too windy here for a fire..}) with a rub made mostly of brown sugar and kosher salt...

The aroma is driving me mad..

Sides to be tabouli, red corn and potatoes mashed with roast garlic...

I'm drooling.
