I have neve actively sunk a boat (except a stupid canoe). However, the worst feeling you will ever have is coming down for your first morning ski of the season and finding the inboard-outboard seal has deteriorated and the only thing you can see is the tip of your ski boat pokin out of the water.

just a V pull, worked well. anchor up high, through the bow eyelet, and pulled on the other side. pulled the spark plugs and turned it over, it was like 4 mini fire hoses of lakewater spewing out of the cylinders.

leaky transom + a little extra weight in the back + 10 hours = sunk boat. whoops! found the holes when i got back home, gonna seal em up tonight. whatever they used to seal the motor mounting bolts didn't hold up well.
