hah. when i was an undergrad, i got dragged to an abs class by some friends. class was full of dumpy chicks but i had a 6-pack and bouldered pretty sick (still do, brah) so i'm like i'm gonna crush these bitches. we start kicking and lifting on the floor. no rest. i hang in for about 5 minutes and then i'm just lying on the floor like there's no way i can lift up one more extremity.

defeat. odd smell of floral body cream and putrid sweaty girls will never forget. every single dumpy chick in that class hung in to the end like freak abdominal robots.

that day, i learned about the supreme power of the girl myth that you can burn off belly fat by just working abs. if women, en masse, ever figure out that the key to a good physique is to put all that abdominal workout energy into free weights, we'd be ruled by hot barbarian chicks. but luckily for us only a few cross fitters have that figured out.

i agree i suck at doing pathetic endless leg kicks.

but on the stone, man, my feet NEVER CUT.

that's the only ab strength that matters.

Six pack is less strength and more diet related. Except for Salad. He should have hit that abs class. Hard.
