good thing that mVO2 is mostly genetic and environmental. morning run with the dogs just to see the new day, and eat a bigger breakfast. sauna every saturday. still swole.

I've been big wall climbing the last week in Yosemite. Zodiac bail on pitch two due to effin rockfall. So sent Lost Arrow Spire after hiking up the same day I came down Zodiac. Just took my first shower in a week. All that should dq me from this place.

But then I shredded my skin at the Happys. So that's good. And found some nice hot springs with my guy.

The hot springs pics came out meh. I thought the snow and steam would look cool, but gonna have to play with different lighting next time (red?). Climbing pics are going up on social media slowly but surely.

we hit up a hot springs in utah, i think, long hike in, with a richard simmons guy with a head band welcoming us. it was a trip.

it snowed as we slept, and we hiked out in the snow with sandals. true story from utah.
