was giving an old friend who has fallen on hard times a ride into newburgh and was gonna hit the gunks afterwards. had a brand new pair of shoes to break in and everything. i drop him off at a sketchy ass victorian house, white dude in his late 50s comes out and invites me to come in for a beer. Its shortly after noon so i figure fuck it. one thing leads to another and im sitting on a flea infested couch in the alley out back an hour later, smoking a woolie with my buddy and the old dude. i am fucking annihilated. walk down to a bodega and get the largest cup of black coffee they have, chain smoke a few stoges to try and get my bearings. by 3pm i feel half decent and decide to try and climb. somewhere in the back of my brain i remember theres a titty bar in new paltz, bust a right and im relieved of $150 in a little over 2 hours. end up passing out in the back of my car till 10. ended up with some skank's #, so there's that.

weird and kinda shitty day, but it beat dicking around on carriage rd and giving money to the faggots at rock&snow. stopped in newburgh on the way home for some party mix too, probably gonna pull an all nighter then go into work a total wreck. hope my xbox still works, wish me luck bros
