this actually got me away fromthe computer and outside today. it's pretty pleasant out there climbing. uncanny even.
one thing i like about climbing is that it is more natural and comfortable to the body than training for football. lounging in the sun++
earnestness in training is helpful to properly pattern movements. dude in the video needs to improve his olympic lifts.
