Nice!

start working out man. If you haven't already been doing pull-ups and core it helps 1000%. In 2 months you'll be close to where you were before you stopped.

Rode my bike in a torrential downpour 3 miles (gore-tex lies) and bouldered easy stuff 'till failure, then did 4 easier routes and was slappin' dead fish on jugs... it was awesome. Lifted some... feels great! Like being reborn. I can't wait to get outside!

The knee held up well. I was jumping off from the lip without pain.. we'll see how I feel tomorrow. I don't know if I'll be able to sleep. I'm all jacked up on endorphins.

what did you have done? OUt that long sounds like patellar tendon or ACL tear!?!?!?!

Beaverliner, ACL, MCL, PCL, partial LCL, meniscus and femur detonation. Full month in the hospital. Feels good to be back.. frustrating getting worked on warmups.
