Names for sure; grades are a consensus, so wait on 'em.

name the rocks, all of them, even the one's you haven't climbed. then go over them with a toothbrush, but just where you need to or maybe might. cleaning- when and where to, and how to know to stop, is more important than any number you could imagine to make up.
