Kartoffeln wodka and Rhodius wasser mit gas from the Eifel. Drinking the local waters and spirits puts steel in your fingers and fire in your gut.

Don't judge a beer by it's cover. This one tastes good.

Much better beers from VT. Too bad you can't get them.

Something about germany and IPA invalidates everything you just wrote. Sorry.

It doesn't happen often, but when these braumeisters turn their centuries old knowledge towards making a tasty IPA, it is pretty amazing.
I do spend more time exploring the Pilseners and small, local brews.

You waited that long? Heady doesn't have a 21 day waiting period.

I have learned that Champagne is not a generic term for all sparkling wines. Got a nice Monopole Rose Top for the midnight toast, which will be spent holding my dogs ears closed due to the inevitable onslaught of fireworks.
Got a Prosecco for the next morning. I mean... why spend up just to mix it with orange juice?!?

Saving it for the perfect evening.
Looks like if I go back I won't be going through Brussels, but I will do my best to try and hook you up.
