Anyway, I am not really a Celtics or Lakers fan, and I don't hate the Lakers the way some do. This is going to be a classic series and I'm a bit torn on who to root for. On one hand, Kobe is a powerhouse who is Jordan-esque and deserves a handfull of rings. On the other hand, I have always thought the Celtics with the Big 3 were capable of more than one championship.

Should be fun...

i was going to say something, but the tequila just hit and a shiver is running through me just thinking about the potential of this finals match.

FUCK. if you lived on the east coast, like many BOSTON CELTIC fans do, wouldn't you like to get to bed earlier than 11:45pm? i've watched every game in the last series. average time was 2:35 to play [a 4 period / 12 minute / period game]. heinous. fucking stupid. OVERTIME? call in sick.

3 - 2:3:2. dumb. keep 2:2:1:1:1. i mean fuckshit, you have like hella days between games, why not fly around the country an extra 2 times? potentially, that is.

not the i really knew what i was looking at, but the Vegas odds slightly favored the Lakers. not sure why. the Celtics just beat the 2 best teams in the east conf (Celtics ranked 3rd), one of which was the best team in the NBA. sure, the game changes in the post season. still, the assholed both teams pretty handily.

ok, so Rondo has a fantom injury. well, Bynum's knee is fucked (and they will be for the rest of his about to be very short career). No Bynum and this is an easy call: Celtics in 5, just like last time. 'we' have what i call "30%" of Bynum. not only are his minutes halved, his O and D are at like 15%. and it's gonna get FUCKING GNARLY in the finals.

Gosol needs to cement his credibility and remove any asterisks (*soft) related to his 'greatness'.
Bynum needs to firmly establish his credibility, injuries be damned.
Artest just needs to play strong D.
He has had his cinderella sally fields moment and now needs to keep his head down and work ethic up.
Kobe will be Kobe.
FIsh will be Fish.
Lamar will be hot and cold simutaneously.
The bench better step up and prove they belong in the finals.
