Paul Oakenfold - Essential Mix from 1999
This was my first memorable exposure to the whole trance scene. Something about this mix, it's just awesome.
I pulled a lot of plastic to this mix. Strike a pose!

I think "memorable exposure to the trance scene" is an awesome oxymoron.

Don't bring hate to the music thread. If someone finds joy in a particular style of music you don't, just move on and leave it alone. No need to be a meanie head.

Big pants, pacifier, lightstick in the fingers dancing... the vision in my head of you finding joy in that is actually quite awesome.
Thank you for sharing.

Oops. I realize now what a mistake I made in the way I phrased that sentence. It should've been "This was my first memorable exposure to trance music." I've stayed far from the actual scene.

Well, I guess of all the made-up fantasy visions of me, that's not nearly the worst you could do. Carry on.

while acknowledging the impact of hippies on progressive cultures.
something to consider while packing your picnic.
