speaking of dub, the b side on mr lee scratch perry's new album is good. a side meh, kind of parody, by when they get beyond songs to the remixes it settles into a proper forever groove.
also, the ballad of john and yoko. she really did make him a better artist.
Maybe I already posted this. Whatever. The Black Seeds from NZ have got themselves a North American record deal and are doing a US tour. They're dope. You should check them out and buy their album. Upbeat dub/funk styles and good times. Oh, and Brett from Flight of the Conchords used to play trumpet for them. Trivia and dope music - what more could you possibly want?
