I'm starting to worry that the ultra sharp stabbing in hips everytime I stand up from a seated position means I'm on borrowed time

12/6 - got my second total hip replacement surgery on the left side making me symmetrically cyborg.
Apparently the cause of young bone on bone degradation is slipped growth plates as a kid.
If you climbed with me you knew how bad my flexibility is/was, and no matter what I did and I tried to stretch, painfully so, it never improved and only got worse.
That was because bone spurs were enveloping my femur head from the pelvis socket.
They had to chisel them off 360 degrees around each femoral head just to start the replacement.
Bloodbath but at least I know why I wasn’t flexible my whole life.
