porch, if you had any idea of what you were talking about, ever, then you'd reconsider your last post. it has nothing to do with strength or stamina, its not training, like what youre working on with a hangboard...

its about skill, control and just having fun. the climbing equivalent would be eliminates or dyno comps. not valid, but still fun under the right circumstances.
